Transform Autism Care Cambodia

Opportunities to help include being a member of the team working with Khmer professionals in Cambodia and also helping support TACC in other ways in the UK.

Opportunities To Help Transform Autism Care Cambodia

Become a team member

Currently team members have been selected from Daisy Chain, a charity for children and young people with autism and their families based in Stockton on Tees. The charity has its own process for selection offering opportunities to its own staff.

In the future TACC may extend opportunities to suitably qualified and motivated people from other organisations. This will include specialists in autism, speech therapists, occupational therapists, play therapists, music therapists, physiotherapists.

If you would like to find out more or register a potential  interest to be a member of the team please send the following details to Edwin Pugh using the contact form.

Support to TACC

From time to time opportunities may come up to help TACC in the UK. They will be listed here.

Opportunities To Help

our team in action

Behind every programme is a passionate team working directly with children, families, schools and communities. Your support helps make these moments possible and expands access to autism services across Cambodia.

Volunteer Impact

Real stories of change and growth from our Cambodian colleagues and volunteers.

"In summary for me personally and professionally, it’s safe to say the mission really did Transform! As for autism care in Cambodia? Much work is desperately still needed; but valuable seeds of change have been sown. Through the personal connections made with those we met, collaborative work and sharing lived experience, positive impact was clearly made and gratefully received.

My take home is a reminder that it pays to take risk, be creative and get outside your comfort zone. Explore other cultures where ever possible, work with people from different backgrounds and stay curious. You don’t know what you don’t know, and that’s ok. I’m happy to learn and help in any way I can for future mission! "

"The experience impacted me on both a personal and professional level. I returned with new insights, an expanded perspective, and an even greater commitment to my work. I am thankful for the opportunity to contribute to the progress in Cambodia and to learn from the incredible people I had the privilege to work with. I would love to support TACC in any way I can in the future if the opportunity was available."
